Based on the review conducted by the Department of Jobs and Small Business last 2017, the list of eligible skilled occupations have been updated to address the needs of the Australian labour market.
The changes listed below will only affect applications submitted and invitations issued from 17 January 2018 onwards.
Property Manager (ANZSCO 612112)
Property Managers cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Psychotherapist (ANZSCO 272314)
No restrictions apply to the Psychotherapist occupation.
Real Estate Representative (ANZSCO 612115)
Real Estate Representatives cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Horse Breeder (ANZSCO 121316)
Horse breeders cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Management Consultant (ANZSCO 224711)
Manager consultants cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Note: No occupations will be transferred to the STSOL from the MLTSSL
Accommodation and Hospitality Managers nec (ANZSCO 141999)
Accommodation and hospitality managers cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Management Accountant (ANZSCO 221112)
Management accountants cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Massage Therapist (ANZSCO 411611)
Massage therapists cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Recruitment Consultant (ANZSCO 223112)
Recruitment consultants cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Supply and Distribution Manager (ANZSCO 133611)
Supply and distribution managers cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
Taxation Accountant (ANZSCO 221113)
Taxation accountants cannot be nominated under the following circumstances:
The following occupations will be removed from the lists of eligible occupations for all skilled visa programs starting
17 January 2018.
