Code of Conduct

Registered Migration Agents must act in accordance with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (‘OMARA’) Code of Conduct (‘The Code’) during the provision of services to clients. The Code outlines the professional and ethical standards to which Migration Agents are bound.
