• Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189)
• Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) (if nominated by a relative; the STSOL applies if you are being nominated by a State or Territory Government)
• Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) – Graduate Work Stream.

Note:

• Some restrictions apply to specific occupations on the list below (which means you cannot nominate specific occupations, under certain circumstances, under the 457 program). Occupations with restrictions are marked with 3-asterisks (***).
• Specific occupations on the list below are only available for the following visa subclasses (meaning they cannot be used under the 457 visa program). These occupations are marked with 2-asterisks (**):
  • Skilled – Independent (subclass 189)
  • Temporary Graduate (subclass 485)
  • Skilled-Regional (Provisional) (subclass 489) (if the applicant is nominated by a relative; please refer to the STSOL if you are being nominated by a State or Territory Government)
